Choose a winery
Bollullos Par del Condado has more wineries than any other town in the D.O. Condado de Huelva, slap in the middle of the Doñana countryside — twenty minutes from El Rocío and the national park — and halfway between Huelva and Seville. It's the only winery in our own province. And it does two things no other house in the catalogue does: orange wine from the Condado, a rarity almost no foreign client has tried, and biological ageing under a veil of flor — the same process behind fino and manzanilla — here in Huelva, not Jerez. It's a small family winery, and the visit is led by the Sauci sisters themselves: next to Williams & Humbert's fifty thousand square metres, the contrast is exactly the point.
A private tour of the winery, a tasting, and then an unhurried snack — just the two of you. You leave with a bottle as a gift. The couple's plan we didn't have in Huelva, and the only one in the whole catalogue you go home with wine already in hand.
The tour, a five-wine tasting course, and a closing glass with a snack. The house's group product — exactly the size of a golf group travelling together.
The guided tour with a tasting of the house's sweet wines, paired with chocolates and traditional sweets. The most indulgent option, and the one that works best in the afternoon.
The same guided tasting, in two versions: with a snack, the house's entry point, or with Iberian charcuterie, which turns it into a proper mid-afternoon.
The tour and an identifying tasting of seven wines, with a personality test: everyone finds out which house wine is theirs. Needs a large group, so it's the one for a tournament, an incentive trip or a whole club.
A visit, an aroma tasting and sweets, built for them. Nobody else in golf has this, and it solves the afternoon for the family travelling with the player.
The orange wine nobody drinks anywhere else. The Condado has a wine that British or Norwegian clients have never tried and won't find on any other stop of the trip. And biologically aged under flor, same as Jerez fino, an hour and a half away and in a different province. For anyone who has already done the Marco de Jerez, this is what's missing.
Bodegas Sauci is not included in the price of any stay. It is booked through us, paid at its own rate, and we set the time, notify the winery and arrange the transfer if wanted. Visits usually run Monday to Saturday at noon, subject to availability (weekdays only in summer), and advance booking is required. We always recommend the transfer: there's drinking involved.
