Climb the rise on the Campo Norte and, in a single glance, you see the sand spit, the estuary and the Atlantic. That's what people take away from here. It's thirty-six holes signed by Álvaro Arana over the marshes of the Piedras river, and the North course ranks among Spain's hundred best. What's unusual isn't the course: it's what isn't around it. It's the only resort of this size in Huelva without a single development in sight. You play between marsh and pine forest, with the tide changing the landscape from morning to afternoon, and not a single block in view. The South, flatter and shorter, is the forgiving one: both are played across all our stays. The hotel is a five-star right on the course, with half board always included. And it comes with an advantage almost no other resort gives: cancellation is free up to seven days before arrival, so you can book well ahead without risking anything.

A half-day from here, in Bollullos Par del Condado — the town with the most wineries in the Condado de Huelva appellation, right in Doñana country — is Bodegas Sauci. It's a small family winery and the visit is led by the Sauci sisters themselves, a way of seeing wine that looks nothing like a large winery. They age under a veil of flor, like in Jerez but in Huelva, and bottle Condado's orange wine: a rarity almost no foreign client has ever tried. Included in the price of the five and seven-night stays.
These three stays are the skeleton, not the whole trip. On top of them we build whatever you want to experience, booked and quoted firm: the Doñana National Park and El Rocío, twenty minutes from the winery; Huelva and the Costa de la Luz; Seville, halfway from the Condado; the resort's own spa; and, at the winery, the private Relax Time visit — just for the two of you, with a bottle to take home — the tasting-induction course, or an aroma tasting for the children. From the third version onward, finalising the itinerary costs €100, fully deducted from your trip's price if you book it with us.

Handicap certificate required for green fees. Prices correspond to the December and January low season, with a minimum stay of three nights. Tee times and the winery visit are booked by Ophir, and the order is confirmed before travel. Bodegas Sauci is open Monday to Saturday, usually at 12:00, and requires advance booking; the visit is therefore scheduled on one of the no-golf days, with the exact day fixed when tee times are confirmed. The transfer to the winery is quoted separately and we always recommend it: there's drinking involved in a tasting.
A 30% deposit is due on confirmation, non-refundable, with the rest due 45 days before arrival. Cancellation fees: 30% up to 45 days out, 50% from 45 to 31 days, and 100% from 30 days out, for no-shows or early departures. Cancelling within 14 days of booking, with more than 60 days still to go before arrival, refunds everything paid, deposit included. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
