Why Here, and Why Us

The group arrives together even if it's coming from four cities. Faro, Seville, Jerez and Gibraltar all sit within the programme's radius, and we coordinate the private transfers: no one waits around in a terminal.
The one who doesn't play doesn't wait either. While the group plays, the companion is in Seville, in Doñana or at the spa, with an official guide in their language. Over dinner, they compare notes on the day. It's the difference between a golf trip and a trip.
The gala dinner can be held inside a winery. Not in a hotel ballroom with the logo projected on the wall: among the butts, with the wine drawn straight from the barrel in front of the guests. It's what works best of everything we do, and it's something an operator selling the same golf from outside doesn't have.
The bigger the group, the less it pays. Our contracts include complimentary places — typically one for every eight paying guests, and one pro for every seven players. We pass those complimentary spots on to you in the budget; they don't stay with the agency.
A single point of contact, for real. The same person who receives the brief is the one standing on the 1st tee on the day of the tournament.

Example Programme · Three Days in Jerez

A reference example based at Montecastillo, the Jack Nicklaus course that hosted five Volvo Masters, fifteen minutes from Jerez. Every programme is adjusted in dates, participants and objectives; based at El Rompido or in the Algarve, the structure is the same.

How It Works

Step 1 — Brief

The event's objective, approximate dates, number of participants and a reference budget.

Step 2 — Closed Proposal

Programme and price per participant, with what's included and what isn't, in writing.

Step 3 — Booking

Hotel, golf and suppliers secured with the agreed deposit.

Step 4 — Final Adjustment

Final number of participants and settlement before the event.

Step 5 — On-Site Coordination

An Ophir coordinator accompanies the programme from start to finish.
