Your booking is confirmed with a 30% deposit of the total price, non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival. With less than 45 days' notice, 100% is due on confirmation.
Cancellation fees, always calculated on the total price of the trip:

The deposit already paid is deducted from this fee, not added on top. Any balance in your favour is refunded within fourteen days.
Cancelling within 14 days of booking, with more than 60 days still to go before arrival, refunds 100%, deposit included.
With more than 45 days' notice, free of charge, subject to availability and any rate difference. Within 45 days, a date change counts as a cancellation.
The club's own policy applies, which is usually a voucher for another date, not a refund of the amount paid.
If your trip includes services outside our regular programmes, conditions may be stricter. These are shown in your quote, before you confirm.
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation cover.

These conditions apply from 10 October 2026. Bookings already confirmed are governed by the conditions in force on their confirmation date.
