Two championship courses in the strictest sense, both over 6,400 metres. The Old Course was designed by Dave Thomas in 1990 — par 72, 6,494 metres — and was fully renovated in November 2020. The New Course was designed by Perry Dye in 2002: par 72 and 6,626 metres, the longest course in our entire catalogue. The two complement each other: the Old is the classic, defined fairways and positional play; the New, by Dye, is more modern and harder, with the earthworks and contouring that characterise that family of architects. The club had Seve Ballesteros heading its golf operations, and it shows in the overall demand. The Spanish Open was played here in 2005 and 2006. It's in San Roque, a few kilometres from Gibraltar.

For those who want to be tested, not to stroll. Two championship courses of over 6,400 metres, one of them the longest we sell. If there's someone in the group who really plays and has felt short of course all week, this is their day.
